SHIPPING

You’re Welcome Collective is made to order. Please allow 10–15 days for processing and production before your order ships.

STANDARD SHIPPING

Standard shipping is $8. Orders of $70 or more ship free within the United States.

Shipping time begins after your order has completed production. Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information at the email address provided at checkout.

ADDRESS ISSUES

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at hello@yourewelcomecollective.net. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has shipped.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery delays may be outside our control. If you experience an issue with your shipment, contact us and we’ll help however we can.
